Choosing between streaming services can be a challenge, especially with so many amazing TV shows and films to watch. Life is about to get easier — many streaming service deals will help you save big.

Apple TV+

Why we like it

Apple TV+ is offering 3 months(opens in a new tab) of service for free to new subscribers only. That's more than enough time to see whether or not you enjoy their TV and film selection. You'll pay $6.99 per month after this trial period is over, but considering the provider's amazing catalog and low price compared to other streamers, this deal may be a keeper. Not only will you get high-quality drama and grown-up comedy, Apple TV+ also has family-friendly fare.

What to watch: Ted Lasso, The Snoopy Show, Severance.

Dashpass

Why we like it

If you have Roku, you can take advantage of the Dashpass for six months completely free(opens in a new tab). Dashpass is a service that enables you to order takeout through Doordash and save on delivery charges. You'll also get discounts of up to 5% off on pickup from partner restaurants. This is perfect for nights when you want to rest and relax. Roku works with streaming service apps to let you navigate the offers, and also has several channels you can watch for free. The Dashpass costs $9.99 after the free six months are up.

What to watch on the Roku app: Plex, PBS Kids, Filmrise, The CW

Disney+ Basic

Why we like it.

Disney+ is a Disney-lover's dream. Long available on its own or through bundle packages, Disney+ Basic(opens in a new tab) now lets users pay less per month if they're okay with a few ads. This promotion costs $6.99 per month for three months, and costs $7.99 after that should you decide to keep the service. With quality classics, Marvel, Lucasfilm, Pixar, and original programming, your inner child and family will definitely enjoy this deal.

What to watch: Wakanda Forever, The Simpsons, the entire Pixar catalog, and Disney channel originals such as National Treasure and That's So Raven.

Paramount+ and SHOWTIME Bundle

Why we like it

As of Mar. 2, Paramount + and SHOWTIME are offering a bundle on both of their services starting at $11.99 per month. Typically, Paramount+(opens in a new tab) plans start at $4.99 for their Essential plan, and go up to $9.99 for their Premium plan. SHOWTIME's plan costs $10.99 per month when purchased on its own.

You can choose this bundle with Paramount+ Essential or Premium. Depending on which one you select, you'll also receive NFL and other sports games, limited commercials, and access to CBS programming. SHOWTIME content will always be ad-free.

What to watch on Paramount+: Wolf Pack, Star Trek Picard, Top Gun: America

What to watch on SHOWTIME: Yellowjackets, Ziwe, Shameless

Sling TV

Why we like it

Sling TV technically isn't a streaming service. Instead, it's an alternative to cable and satellite packages that can quickly add up. For now, the Sling TV is offering $20 off(opens in a new tab) its Orange Sports and Family package, which includes 31 channels and allows you to stream from one device whenever you want. After this, the cost goes back up to $40 per month, which is still more inexpensive than many competing services. Additional specials include:

  • Blue Pro Football/News package: $22.50 during your first month $45 (save $22.50)

  • Orange and Blue Everything package: $30 during your first month $60 (save $30)

What to watch: TBS, ESPN, TNT. The Blue package and the Everything package also includes FOX, NBC, and ABC.

YouTube TV

YouTube TV (opens in a new tab)
$54.99 for three months (save $10 per month for 3 months)
(opens in a new tab)

Why we like it

YouTube has been a great place to watch content creators, which makes it unique among streaming services that haven't catered to this in the past. YouTube TV(opens in a new tab) typically costs $64.99 per month, but you can pay only $54.99 per month for three months, saving you a total of $30. You can even try for two weeks for free, just to see what the hype is about.

Since YouTube TV offers air channels along with cable/satellite channels, you simply need to input your zip code in order to know which channels you can see in your area. With no monthly contracts, this might be a great alternative for those who want a service they can use on any of their favorite devices.

What to watch: 90 Day Fiancé, NOVA and popular channels such as Nickelodeon, Food Network, and much more.
