If you follow astrology — or even understand it — chances are, it can play a role in your love life(opens in a new tab).

You may be compatible with Libras, and looking for certain Sagittarius qualities in your ideal partner. You may find yourself inclined towards certain signs and even avoidant of others.

Dating apps have understood the significance of astrology for millennials and Gen-Z in their pursuit of love. And while someone's sign shouldn't affect your impression of them all too much, it can still be just one of those things people pay attention to – or at the very least, spark a conversation. That's why Hinge came to include zodiac signs on user profiles, rendering them another "vital stat", like career, age, and university.

Here's how to add your sign to your own profile.
